Which states are supported?

How do my tenants pay?

By bank transfer or card through Stripe, straight to your bank. You can also share Venmo and Cash App links, and record cash and check payments.

Can I move my data in?

Yes. Founding landlords get free setup. Send your rent roll or a photo of it and we load it for you.

Do my tenants need an account?

No. Each tenant gets a private link to pay rent, and each property has a link for submitting repair requests. Nothing to download and no password to remember.

Do you charge per unit or take a cut of rent?

No. You pay one flat monthly price for your plan. We never charge per unit or take a percentage of the rent you collect.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan covers up to 2 properties with rent tracking, tenants, leases, expenses, a maintenance log and document storage. Upgrade when you want online rent collection, reminders and state notices.

Can I cancel?
